Loan Operations Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a banking client hiring for a loan operations specialist role in Jacksonville, FL. This position will be operational support for the mortgage servicing team, primarily focused in loan transactions and payoffs. Applicants with a mortgage servicing and/or payments experience are encouraged to apply.

Description

• Support residential mortgage servicing payoff department

• Providing payoff statements

• Monetary processing of payoff transactions

• Closing and notating accounts

• Researching loans to provide appropriate transaction support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
