At Kyndryl, Project Managers are the conductors of mission-critical programs - shaping results, influencing stakeholders, and making a visible impact every day. What You Will Do Plan and Execute Projects Build detailed plans that define scope, milestones, dependencies and deliverables Prioritize work to focus on the activities that drive the greatest impact Manage risks proactively by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies Allocate resources effectively to ensure the right skills are applied at the right time, including AI, cloud and industry expertise Lead and Align Teams Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, account and partner roles Drive collaboration to maintain alignment and smooth handoffs across groups Coach and support team members to achieve high performance while meeting deadlines Facilitate governance and cadence meetings to keep everyone informed and accountable Monitor and Deliver Outcomes Track progress against milestones and adapt plans as priorities shift Ensure SLA adherence and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations Manage budgets and performance metrics to optimize delivery quality and efficiency Resolve issues decisively to keep projects on track and maintain customer confidence Communicate and Influence Act as primary point of contact for delivery with customers and internal stakeholders Translate complex project information into clear, actionable updates Provide insights and guidance to inform decision-making and maintain alignment Foster trust and transparency through consistent, professional communication Build Partnerships Strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsiveness Support a “one team with the customer” mindset that aligns priorities across all parties Embed with customer teams when needed to enhance visibility and add tangible value Represent Kyndryl with credibility and integrity in every interaction Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Required Skills And Experience 5+ years of SCRUM or Project Management skills Basic IT knowledge (Architectural) Organization and planning skills Teamwork with “one team” philosophy Preferred Skills And Experience MS Project or other Project Management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -$100,080 t o$190,080 based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area):$120,120to$228,000 California (All Other):$110,040to$209,040 Colorado: $100,080to$190,080 Massachusetts/ Virginia:$100,080to$209,040 New York City: $120,120to$228,000 Washington: $110,040to$209,040 Washington DC:$110,040to$209,040 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
