Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, independent, and detail-oriented Janitorial General Cleaner to manage weekend cleaning operations at a premier corporate training facility in Chattanooga. If you take pride in your work and enjoy an independent environment where you can ensure a facility looks its best, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general commercial cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping/mopping.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, showers, and locker room facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness in dorm rooms, including handling light laundry duties for linens.
• Monitor and empty trash, recycling, and debris bins regularly throughout the training facility.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed safely and efficiently according to company standards.
• Complete other general cleaning duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1 year of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a professional, reliable attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision.
