- Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage nursing services
- Oversee quality nursing care and services for our residents
- Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers
- Provide leadership and guidance in the absence of higher management
- Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
??? WHAT YOU BRING
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Assisted Living experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
