Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique goals and needs. \n
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to ensure optimal client outcomes. \n
- Engaging in crisis intervention to support clients who are experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies. \n
- Maintaining up-to-date and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer comprehensive, holistic care to clients. \n
- Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources available for support. \n
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mental health. \n

Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A valid and active license as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). \n
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is preferred. \n
- Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic skills necessary for effective treatment planning. \n
- A minimum of two years of related experience in providing mental health counseling services. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients compassionately. \n
While two years of relevant experience is required, we value candidates with prior work in a clinical setting that enables them to hit the ground running. Experience with diverse client populations and behavioral health issues is advantageous. Your ability to work collaboratively with a team and operate independently is essential in fostering a positive client experience.
