Overview FSED RN (903816) role at Generis Tek Inc is a permanent position based in Panama City, FL . Location: 449 West 23rd Street, Panama City, FL 32405 . Shift Timing: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends) . Project Duration: Fulltime / Permanent job. Sign on bonus: $10k Days / $15k Nights . Responsibilities Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes Implements the identified plan Evaluates progress toward the attainment of the proposed outcome Systematically enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice Exercises independent judgment in relation to patient care based on level of experience and knowledge, while working within an interdisciplinary team Evaluates own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines relevant to statutes, rules, and regulations Interacts with peers and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues Collaborates with the patient, family, and others in a professional ethical manner Integrates research findings into practice Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost and impact on practice in planning and delivering nursing care Leadership in the professional practice setting and the profession Follows established patient safety guidelines for reporting a significant medical error or unanticipated outcome in the patient’s care which results in harm Performs unit specific duties as defined and represented by the unit specific competency requirements Performs other duties as assigned within defined competencies this includes but is not limited to floating to various units based on business needs Qualifications 3+ years of recent (Within the last year) Acute Care ER RN experience. Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held in another state, active FL RN compact license required within 90 days of hire.
