The Role This is more than a teaching job—it’s an opportunity to create a classroom where young learners can thrive. You’ll design and lead a structured, engaging learning environment using evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), helping students build communication, independence, and confidence. You’ll also serve as a case manager, guiding each student’s individualized program and celebrating their progress along the way.
