The Lightwell Hotel and Spa in Hood River seeks a Food and Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager to oversee all F&B outlets including a high-end restaurant, casual spaces, bar, and on-site coffee shop. You will manage service quality, budgeting, staffing, training, and guest satisfaction across all outlets. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive restaurant management experience in hotel or multi-outlet settings, with strong leadership and POS/inventory skills, along with an OLCC permit #J-18808-Ljbffr
