(Centered Around Residents' Experience) First! philosophy and attendance expectations.Minimum experience:High school diploma or GEDTwo years of floor technician experienceKnowledge of stripping and finishing, burnishing, scrubbing, light carpet extraction, deep carpet extraction, and upholstery extraction.Additional experience:Experience working in a senior living communityScheduleFirst Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., occasional weekendsSecond Shift: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., occasional weekendsSouthminster is open year-round, which will require availability to work evenings, some weekends, and holidays.
