Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Cleveland, OH, 44136 5 days a week in office PR: $65 to 80/hr. on W2 ONLY Length of Assignment: 12 Months Contract to Hire role Function of the Group: Liquidity Risk Management Industry background: Banking-Regulatory Submissions (specifically FR-2052A), Liquidity Risk Management (LCR, NSFR) applications Must Have Technical Skills (Need 8-10 years total experience with at least 5-6 years of specific experience in the below items): 1. Prior (hands-on) experience Architecting J2EE & Core Java based applications. 2. Expert in Design and development of REST services including authorization and metering. 3. Expert in designing/developing Java backend for web-applications (Spring Boot, Spock, Groovy, Mockito, TestNG etc...) 4. Prior experience in JavaScript/UI Frameworks (preferably React, Ag-Grid, Axios, Material UI etc...) 5. Prior experience in Build & Integration Tools required: Gradle, Jenkins Pipeline, Docker(>-=JDK 17), GitHub Deployment experience to Open Shift Platform (Kubernetes), exposure to Helm Charts required. 6. Prior experience in Relational databases (Oracle, Teradata etc...) Highly Preferred but not required: 1. Prior experience in designing/developing Java/J2EE based web-applications (JSP, Servlets, JSF, XSLT, XML), 2. Prior experience in developing Python backends (with FastApi, Flask. Flex Skills/Nice to Have: 1. Design and development of high-performance web scale systems including non-blocking designs and distributed caching. 2. Cloud infrastructure design and management. 3. Design and implementation of automation and repeatable testing infrastructure. Education/Certifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Preferable Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE (11 or 17) Developer Spring Professional Certification (Client / Spring), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) – CNCF Interview Process: 1st Round: Video Call 2nd Round: Video Call (Manager) & Potentially a 3rd Round.
