LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. This position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime and requires a commitment to patient care excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Shift Details

• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Shifts: Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend Rotation: Every third weekend
• Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• BLS Certification required.

Employment Details

• Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with the possibility of 48 hours.
• Overtime: Available as needed.
• Work Schedule: Sunday through Saturday.

• Local placements only within 80 miles.
• A fee may be charged for cancellations with less than a 14-day notice.
• Housing options may be available under local rates.
