Job Summary:

As a Front Desk representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience, from greeting andchecking-in patients to coordinating appointments and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Check-in patients, obtain necessary information, and update electronic medical records

• Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with providers and departments as needed

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Update patient information, insurance, and payment records

• Maintain a clean and organized front office, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (EMRs) and Microsoft Office Suite
