Job Description

We are seeking to hire part-time experienced, qualified and attentive commercial cleaners to join our A+ cleaning team! Under direct and immediate supervision, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in county buildings, offices and schools.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy and intense cleaning duties
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping floors
Emptying trash and cleaning bins
Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to your immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take directions.
Working knowledge of cleaning methods, safety practices, equipment and supplies
Excellent work history
Reliable transportation

Experience:

Experience in custodial upkeep of commercial and or public buildings is helpful
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

· Monday - Friday

· 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
