Pain Management Physician - Owensboro, Kentucky

Location: Owensboro, Kentucky | Employment Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $400,000 – $500,000 Guaranteed Base + Production Bonus

Procedures Performed

• Epidural injections and nerve block procedures
• Medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablations
• Spinal cord stimulator implants and programming
• Intrathecal pump implantation and management
• Cutting edge neuromodulation techniques
• Individualized interventional treatment plans
• Evidence based chronic pain management

Compensation & Benefits - First Two Years

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $400,000 – $500,000 annually - first 2 years
• Production Bonus: Available above base salary
• After 2 Years: 1099 - 100% of professional fees
• Malpractice Insurance - covered

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology or Pain Medicine with fellowship training - required
• Proven clinical expertise in interventional pain procedures including advanced neuromodulation
• Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• DEA certification - required
• Commitment to compassionate patient centered care and clinical excellence
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
