Proactively collaborate with client to provide support and deliver solutions ensuring quality care.* Work directly with pharmacy operations to address and resolve all service-related issues in a timely manner. Manage client expectations and communicate status updates through issue resolution.* Develop strong working relationships and build trust with clients by consistently delivering exceptional service, support and expertise.* Serve as liaison/quality assurance point of contact during new client onboarding process ensuring seamless and error free service. Assist in onboarding activities such as data collection and eMAR support.* Prepare and deliver business reviews with facility management to review business deliverables and present value-added services.* Conduct training sessions and education programs to clients with regard to operational best practices, regulatory compliance and pharmacy tools/systems.* Manage client base through documentation in SalesForce CRM system.
