Transaction Coordinator

Supporting loan originators in a remote full-time capacity, the Transaction Coordinator will manage client communications, assist in building loan files, and ensure timely follow-up on loan applications while maintaining compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities Assist originators with appointment setting, lead follow-up, and managing client databases Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage the collection of necessary documentation Provide administrative support throughout the loan application and processing stages, ensuring quality customer service Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of one year experience in mortgage lending or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software, and data entry Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and company values Ability to work with a sense of urgency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
