First-Time Homebuyer Loan Specialist (Community Lending)

Hancock Whitney in Texas seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in community development programs and loans for first-time homebuyers and low-to-moderate income borrowers. You will evaluate current loans, review new proposals, coordinate with lending groups, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as you support underwriting policies and investor guidelines.
