Admissions Counselor

Admissions Counselor Office of Admissions is seeking an energetic, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated individual to join our team as an Admissions Counselor. Responsibilities Guide prospective students and families through the college search and admissions process Represent USD at on‑campus and off‑campus recruitment events Assist students with financial aid and scholarship questions Present information about USD to prospective students and groups Use Salesforce and other software systems to manage recruitment activities Collaborate with faculty and staff to support enrollment goals Evaluate prospective student applications and participate in admission decisions Travel as needed for recruitment and outreach Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Valid driver’s license required Admissions or related experience preferred Knowledge of USD’s campus, academic programs, and admission standards is a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Creative approach to building relationships with prospective students Proficiency with Microsoft Office Equal Employment Opportunity Statement USD is committed to fostering a dynamic and welcoming working and learning environment for all.
