Not every insurance defense role gives you meaningful litigation responsibility, direct partner access, and exposure to sophisticated liability work.
However, a nationally recognised litigation and trial platform with more than 125 attorneys across the U.S. is continuing to grow its Atlanta office.
Known for its strong transportation, professional liability, and complex general liability practice, the firm represents Fortune 500 companies, major insurers, and national transportation clients in high-exposure litigation nationwide.

⚖️ The Role
- Handle sophisticated insurance defense and general liability matters
- Take and defend depositions, prepare motions, and attend hearings/mediations
- Work directly with clients, corporate representatives, and insurers
- Participate in trial preparation and appellate briefing work
What They’re Looking For
- 6+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills (top priority)
- Transportation liability experience is a plus
- Georgia Bar admission required
- Someone collaborative, coachable, and motivated to grow within a high-level litigation environment
