Front Office Associate — Code Ninjas Harrisburg-Mechanicsburg Code Ninjas Harrisburg-Mechanicsburg is seeking a highly professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Front Office Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing all aspects of their experience within the center. Answer incoming calls, provide courteous, efficient service, and forward calls when necessary. Take detailed notes and messages and ensure they reach the appropriate staff member. Coordinate with the center director or owner for additional tasks and responsibilities. Open and close the center promptly according to the operational hours. Conduct inventory checks and audits regularly, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times, upholding the reputation of Code Ninjas Harrisburg-Mechanicsburg. Qualifications And Skills Prior experience in a front office role or similar customer service position is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours. Working Hours & Compensation Center hours: Tue-Fri 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Sat 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. During summer, the center will open 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM along with regular evening hours. Compensation: $8.00 – $11.00 per hour Note This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
