Sr People Systems Specialist - HCM

We are seeking a People Systems Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical control and support for HCM systems. Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Onboarding), execute mass data changes through EIBs, and support Workday releases, regression testing, and documentation. What You’ll Do You will assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs; help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data; facilitate routine and ad hoc reporting for management and executives, such as turnover reporting and human capital metrics; ensure data analyses are accurate and peer‑reviewed for quality assurance. You’ll participate in testing for system updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring quality and compliance. You will devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provide technical consulting on complex projects; perform system maintenance, including reviewing, testing, and supporting Workday releases. You’ll configure and maintain Workday business functionality including business processes, custom objects, calculated fields, notifications, custom organizations, organizational hierarchies and other configuration as needed. You will effectively manage People Service Center support tickets and cases within required timeframes and according to department policy to maintain service delivery standards. Complete other duties as assigned by management. What You’ll Need Bachelor's equivalent combination of education and experience required. 4‑6 years’ experience with strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM. Experience with EIBs, business processes, calculated fields, and report development. Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated organization and time‑management abilities. Proven ability to achieve high service quality results and meet required productivity levels. Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Project preferred. Work is performed with only minimal guidance or supervision; requires extensive knowledge of Workday practices, techniques, and methods; exercises discretion and independent judgment in areas such as data loads, audits, and complex HR data solutions. Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data. Development of data‑driven solutions to complex HR data issues/problems. The starting pay range for this position is: $92,600.00 - $123,600.00 Additionally, for full‑time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team, and personal performance.
