Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This Per Diem outpatient pharmacy role offers a great opportunity to provide PRN coverage across several dates, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to quality patient care. The position involves supporting a low volume prescription workload that averages around 40 prescriptions per day, while playing an important role in patient counseling and typical outpatient pharmacy responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate prescription verification and dispensing
• Delivering clear and compassionate patient counseling
• Managing day-to-day outpatient pharmacy tasks with precision and professionalism

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid Iowa pharmacist license
• Prior experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings

Schedule/Hours:

• August 7th
• September 4th
• October 7th through 14th
• October 23rd (half day coverage from 1 PM to 5 PM)
