Job Description

Define, design, and govern the Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring it is scalable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with the business's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for establishing technical standards, overseeing business integrations, and ensuring the optimal evolution of the platform through good architecture and development practices.

Requirements

• Define and design the comprehensive Salesforce architecture to support current and future business needs.
• Ensure that the implemented solutions are scalable, secure, high-performance, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Establish architecture, development, integration, and platform governance standards.
• Design and oversee integration architectures with internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and enterprise services.
• Lead the definition of technical components, data models, automations, and security strategies.
• Evaluate the impact of new Salesforce versions, updates, and functionalities on the existing architecture.
• Validate high-impact changes and ensure the stability of implemented solutions.
• Manage technical debt and promote continuous platform improvement initiatives.
• Participate in resolving critical incidents and complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with business, development, operations, and technology leadership teams to ensure solution alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidelines to Salesforce development teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, performance, and technology governance policies.

Technical Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementations.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture roles.
• Proven experience in complex, high-availability business environments.
• Participation in digital transformation projects and CRM evolution programs.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its enterprise capabilities.
• Mastery of platform limits (Governor Limits) and Salesforce design patterns.
• Extensive experience in designing scalable solutions and high-performance architectures.
• Experience in integration architecture using:
  • APIs REST and SOAP
  • Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, among others)
  • Service-oriented and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of security models, access control, and data governance.
• Experience in designing architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds.
• Ability to evaluate technical risks, impact of changes, and technology evolution strategies.

Certifications

Mandatory

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect

Desirable

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
