Outcome-based onboarding support:
- API/FIX connectivity setup and certification
- Pricing stream integration and validation
- Deliverables: test plans, certification reports, go-live readiness package
- Performance, latency, and pricing behaviour validation
Milestone-driven onboarding deliverables:
- Technical setup & connectivity testing (FIX/API/GUI)
- Certification scripts, test results, and onboarding packages
- Customer-specific workflow & configuration documentation
- STP and trade-capture alignment for go-live
Structured consulting support:
- Alignment across Market Division, IT, JRI Tokyo/NY/London, and FD Ltd.
- Deliverables: decision logs, integration plans, architecture documents, project communications
- Global alignment of release content, schedules, and technical requirements
