Concession Stand Worker - Toyota Amphitheatre

Role The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing customer service, preparing and serving menu items, selling items, collecting payment, and providing correct change to guests. All workers report directly to the Concession Stand Manager of the assigned stand. Responsibilities Prepare simple menu items Sells items, collect payment, and make correct change Interact with customers to assure satisfaction Enter all sales into cash register accurately Clean up, store product, remove trash and garbage to dumpster Serve patrons’ food and beverage orders quickly in proper portions with a courteous demeanor Verify ID on all customers ordering alcohol Suggestively sell and up‑sell items Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area Collaborate with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures Perform arithmetic operations for US monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Practice safe work habits; follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations; complete company-wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training Qualifications At least 18 years of age Ability to interact with co‑workers and assure compliance with company service standards Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting Fluent in English Ability to work in an open‑air environment during all climate conditions Can lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps Can work all stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays Has sufficient mobility to perform production tasks such as constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services Compensation Pay rate: $16.90 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer Legends Global is an Equal Opportunity employer.
