We are looking to hire a Senior Solutions Architect who has experience with enterprise software implementations + integrations and is highly technical. Paid parental leave. A supportive, diverse, and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: 5+ years professional experience with ERP’s and SaaS solutions as a solutions engineer/architect. Solid understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP, and familiarity with various CRM platforms and customer experience technologies. Understanding of systems implementation process. Proficient in analyzing and understanding clients' technical environments to identify requirements and scope for Knowde’s solutions. Capability to provide comprehensive technical recommendations and strategies for system integrations and enhancements. Expert-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: API experience. Specifically REST and GraphQL; API design. Complex data mapping, schemas, validations, transformations & conditional validations. Experience with ERPs (SAP), Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs, Webhooks.
