Dental Front Office Patient Care Coordinator
At Simply Kids Dental, we believe a child's first dental experience can shape how they feel about their health for a lifetime. That experience starts with the first phone call, and that's where you come in.
We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to own our schedule and phones. You already know how to keep a dental schedule full and running smoothly. You can turn a first-time caller into a booked new patient and answer a parent's insurance question without three trips to hold. Your warmth, consistency, and pride in doing things right are why families choose us and keep coming back.
Experience gets you in the door. Character is what makes you part of our team. We're hiring for both.
The quick facts
- $20$25/hour, depending on experience
- Paid time off and dental benefits
- Required: 2+ years of dental front office experience
- Strongly preferred: Eaglesoft, insurance verification, and Colorado Medicaid experience
- Pediatric experience is a plus. We'll teach you the kid part.
