Learn and implement the One‑Hour Service system, procedures, and ethical practices. Properly install HVAC systems for clients. Continuously improve craftsmanship. Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control. Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job. Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out. Day in the Life Arrive on time at customer homes in a well‑maintained installation truck. Provide superior service leading to positive reviews. Receive real‑time coaching and support. Collect payment from customers, ensuring company revenue. Prepare for the next day’s installations with the team. Physical Requirements Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling. Capable of lifting and carrying 75‑pound items. Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs. Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units. Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Prior successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry. NATE certification preferred. Strong communication skills and technical competence.
