Requirements

This is what it takes to work for us:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or dock forklifts
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to load, unload, and move palletized materials efficiently
• Strong attention to detail when scanning, tracking, and staging inventory
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, and standing
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and forklift safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas. Stage products in designated storage and shipping locations. Load and unload pallets from inbound and outbound trucks. Wrap, secure, and prepare pallets for shipment. Scan products and pallet labels using RF scanning equipment. Stack and palletize materials according to shipping and storage requirements. Fulfill customer orders by retrieving and moving inventory accurately. Verify product counts and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Assist with general warehouse and dock operations as needed.
