Dispatcher Associate

Do you have dispatch/logistics experience? We are looking for an experienced multi-tasker with experience working in a TMS system and has the fexibility to work shift rotations. Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct a fleet of drivers to ensure 100% on-time service. You’ll adjust routes on the fly to bypass weather, traffic, or mechanical delays.

• Optimize load assignments to minimize "deadhead" miles and maximize equipment utilization.

• Act as the first point of contact for drivers. You’ll ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) and DOT regulations while maintaining high driver morale.

• Track and report on key metrics, including arrival/departure times, dwell times at docks, and fuel efficiency.

• Handle breakdowns, accidents, or missed windows with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, coordinating with maintenance and customers immediately.

The essential functions of this role include:
