Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field 3 - 5 years of experience in a process improvement role Experience developing implementation strategies for new processes and procedures Experience in organizational change management strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills, problem solving aptitude, and attention to detail Ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples Excellent project management skills including scheduling and planning Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment where deliverables are potentially dependent on the output of others Passionate about continuous improvement Possess the ability to influence, inspire and enthuse others Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA and ALM a plus
