Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (paid in installments: $2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)
• Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel

What You'll Do:

• Perform in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators, oxygen systems, and PAP devices
• Adjust and manage ventilator settings per physician orders
• Provide ongoing follow-up support to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Support new staff training when needed

What You Need:

• Active RRT license
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 65 pounds
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred:

• Experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment
• Home healthcare or DME experience
• Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related science
• 1+ year of relevant clinical experience
