Board - Certified Behavior Analyst - Bayonne, NJ
School Based Therapy Services (SBTS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Bayonne Public Schools
You’ll consult with teachers, support staff, and families to oversee and guide student behavior programs, primarily for general/special education and preschool students, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide data-driven recommendations and interventions
- Support and train staff in behavior strategies
- Communicate regularly with staff and document student progress
Requirements:
- BCBA certification or eligible
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills
