Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst with strong expertise in procurement, commodity sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and end-of-production (EOP) component management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, ensuring continuity of supply, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost-saving and revenue-generating initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies for EOP components, including:

  • PCB

  • Cables

  • Connectors

  • Adaptors

  • Acoustic components

  • Haptics

  • Other electronic/mechanical components

• Manage Continuity of Supply (COS) activities and mitigate potential supply risks.

• Manage supplier/vendor relationships, performance, and commercial activities.

• Negotiate EOP component costs with suppliers at the end of production.

• Lead initiatives focused on B2B sales growth and revenue projects .

• Identify and execute cost-saving projects and initiatives to reduce operational expenses.

• Process, track, and fulfill vendor warranty redemption claims .

• Maintain accurate product and service pricing within procurement/supply chain systems.

• Perform Price Maintenance activities and ensure pricing data remains current and accurate.

• Analyze supplier costs, pricing trends, and procurement data to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Vendor Management.

• Monitor supplier performance and proactively address commercial and supply continuity issues.

• Prepare reports, analysis, and recommendations related to sourcing, supplier performance, pricing, and cost reduction.

Mandatory Skills

• 8 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Commodity Management .

• Strong experience with commodity sourcing and supplier management .

• Hands-on experience managing EOP (End of Production) components .

• Strong knowledge of Continuity of Supply (COS) processes and supply risk management.

• Experience negotiating component costs and supplier pricing .

• Experience with PCB, Cables, Connectors, Adaptors, Acoustic, Haptics , or similar electronic components.

• Strong experience in cost reduction / cost-saving initiatives .

• Experience with Price Maintenance and pricing data management .

• Experience processing and managing vendor warranty claims/redemptions .

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume technology/electronics manufacturing environment.

• Experience supporting complex global supplier networks.

• Strong understanding of procurement and supply-chain processes for electronic components.

• Experience with ERP/procurement systems and pricing databases.

• Advanced Excel/data-analysis skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
