Position Overview Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Culpeper, Virginia. Start date July 27, 2026 for a 13‑week contract, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts (AM preference, optional 4x10 schedule). Employment type: travel. Job Description Provide exceptional care to adults and adolescents on a caseload of 50‑55 visits per week using NextGen software. Focus on case management, evaluations, and treatment of a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Implement therapy interventions and monitor progress. Perform gross motor assessments and provide case management as necessary. Address orthopedic conditions including Achilles tendinopathy, ACL tear, post‑operative care for back pain, rotator cuff repair, total joint replacement, fracture/stress fracture, herniated disc, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, and SI joint dysfunction.
