Medical Call Center Representative

Are you someone who enjoys talking on the phone and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you'll assist patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide support over the phone. Medical Call Center Representative Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare clients Schedule appointments and update patient information Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism Document call details accurately in company systems Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experiences Qualifications: Previous call center experience OR medical office/healthcare experience required Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Requirements: Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be willing and able to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent NEW Full Time Pay: $18.50 per hour Location/Region: Abilene, TX Posted on Broadbean Programmatic 2026-08-04 #J-18808-Ljbffr
