A growing international manufacturer is hiring multiple Assemblers for it's new, world-class facility in WNY. What You'll Do: Perform light assembly of industrial equipment using hand and power tools Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to build to spec Conduct quality checks to ensure units meet customer requirements Troubleshoot issues during assembly and flag nonconformances Work collaboratively with a team to hit production and delivery goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We\'re Looking For: Experience with power tools Brazing, HVAC, or electrical experience a big plus Strong attendance record and reliable transportation Team player with a great work ethic Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Comfortable working first shift with opportunities for overtime Students or recent grads in HVAC/technical programs encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants
