Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oakland, CA Oakland Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation and Lake Park Healthcare Center are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehab team. In this role, you will support high-quality speech therapy services across Skilled Nursing setting, helping residents regain function, independence, and confidence in daily life. This is a split role with coverage being at both sites, not necessarily on the same days. Position Summary Facilitates the treatment of speech and language disorders following an assessment process that evaluates patient histories and identifies the causes for speech defects, devising effective therapy plans in association with other healthcare professionals, tracking patient progress, maintaining comprehensive treatment records, and adjusting treatment plans as needed in accordance with all company policies and local, state and federal laws.
