$2182 - $2338/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • M-F with 2 late days, 2 early days, and one mid-shift
• Clinic hours 8 am - 8 pm 40 hours/week guaranteed
• 14 - 16 patients per day average
• Outpatient workers compensation clinic
• FCEs required post-grad outpatient workers comp experience required
• 2+ years experience preferred with FCE familiarity
