You’re equally comfortable: Running a busy pass Coaching line cooks mid-service Building systems and maintaining standards Collaborating on new dishes and menu rollouts Keeping the kitchen sharp, clean, organized, and DOH-ready What You’ll Be Doing Leading daily kitchen operations and service execution Managing food quality, ordering, and labor controls Training and mentoring BOH talent Supporting menu development and implementation Maintaining NYC DOH and HACCP standards Working closely with FOH and culinary leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences Requirements 2+ years Sous Chef experience in high-volume or luxury hospitality preferred NYC Food Protection License required Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and culinary excellence Why JF Restaurants? $80,000—$85,000 USD
