Available Shifts All shifts Available What You'll Be Doing As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring every product meets strict quality standards. Responsibilities include: Operate and monitor advanced production equipment used to manufacture and personalize financial cards. Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet production specifications. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency. Monitor equipment performance and respond to system alerts. Enter and maintain production information using computer systems. Stage finished materials for warehouse and shipping operations. Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Follow established quality, security, and manufacturing procedures at all times. What We're Looking For Previous machine operator, production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or industrial experience preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the majority of the shift. Frequently bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
