Charge RN - Burn Unit

Role Overview The Charge RN Burn Unit is a leadership position responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by coordinating nursing functions and supporting staff. Responsibilities Partner with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and customize care plans. Assist with patient admission and discharge processes. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to enhance performance and engagement. Support staff scheduling and resource management. Monitor nursing care in accordance with policies and standards. Serve as a resource for staff and promote an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or equivalent. Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 30 days of employment. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Health Care, Inc.
