This position will report to the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities: New job setup in SAP and job folder setup Assisting with Accounts Payable in SAP Administer contract billing in SAP Assist in the month-end close process Assist the Accounting Manager in creating timely and accurate financial statements Understand job costing reports from SAP UKG(Kronos) Bi-Weekly Hourly Timesheet Review Other administrative and accounting projects, as needed. Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education Familiar with Accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment Up to 2 years of financial experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
