About the Role:

The Royals Hot Chicken Shift Leader (FOH) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front-of-house during their assigned shifts. This position is responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and managing daily operational tasks to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The Shift Leader acts as a liaison between management and staff, addressing any issues promptly and fostering a positive work environment. They oversee order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and staff performance, ensuring that all company policies and health regulations are strictly followed. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth communication and timely order fulfillment.
