Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties Performance incentives Flexible work/life balance All hospitals are on Epic EMR Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision 401K Retirement Professional allowance Paid time off Signing bonus Relocation allowance Malpractice and tail coverage In this Role: As a Critical Care/Intensivist Physician, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an inpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Provide comprehensive critical care management for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU), including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management. Perform detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations to develop and implement individualized care plans. Manage patients with complex, life-threatening conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, multi-organ dysfunction, and other critical illnesses. Perform and oversee ICU procedures, including central line placement, arterial line placement, intubation, bronchoscopy, and other critical care interventions as appropriate. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, monitoring technologies, and evidence-based treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes. Provide consultation and support to hospital teams regarding critically ill patients and complex medical conditions.
