Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm (predictable daytime hours – no nights). Optional Saturdays available based on patient needs. Position Type Full‑Time Location 7000 Caton Farm Rd Suite E & R, Plainfield, IL 60586. Certification Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification. Career Growth Many of our team members move into: Clinical Administrator roles – support administrative functions within the clinic Operations Manager positions – oversee the team and drive meaningful impact Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) roles through our Everest Program – fast‑track your path to advanced clinical expertise What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
