As an Civil Engineer – Total Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of civil engineering and land development projects, including planning, design, permitting, budgeting, client relations, and team coordination. You'll also have the opportunity to shape business strategy, develop new service offerings, and grow internal teams.
