What You Will Be Doing Building wooden pallets used for shipping and distribution Using hand tools to handle and assemble materials safely and efficiently Keeping your workspace clean and organized throughout the shift Working independently and with a small team to hit daily production targets Communicating openly with teammates about materials, workflow, and needs What You Bring Reliability and a strong work ethic. You show up and you contribute.
