Field Marketing & Business Development Brand AmbassadorUnited Water Restoration Group is currently hiring a Field Marketing & Business Development Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. We are one of Florida's fastest-growing, privately owned Water, Fire, Mold Remediation, and Restoration companies. When homes and businesses experience unexpected property damage, our team is there to help restore their properties and get their lives back to normal. We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to build a long-term career in sales and business development, develop a strong referral network, and grow their income through performance. This is a field-based position focused on relationship building, business development, brand awareness, and generating new referral sources within an assigned territory. You will spend much of your time in the community meeting with local businesses and industry professionals, developing relationships, attending networking events, and identifying opportunities to generate new business for United Water Restoration Group. The ideal UWR Brand Ambassador is engaging, professional, polished, articulate, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. You should enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and taking ownership of your results. We are looking for someone who is receptive to coaching, comfortable prospecting, consistent with follow-up, and motivated by the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially. This is a full-time, salary-plus-commission position with uncapped commission potential. For a dedicated, self-motivated professional who consistently develops their territory and sales pipeline, this position provides the opportunity to build toward a six-figure annual income. The restoration industry operates 24/7. While this does not mean you will be working around the clock, occasional after-hours calls, networking events, customer needs, and referral opportunities should be expected. The position includes a company-branded vehicle, gas card, cell phone, laptop, and reimbursement for approved business expenses.Your RoleManage and develop an assigned territory of referral partners, including plumbing and HVAC companies, mold assessors, property managers, general contractors, insurance adjusters, insurance agents, home inspectors, and other home-service professionals.Build a consistent sales and referral pipeline by identifying new prospects, developing relationships, maintaining regular contact, and converting those relationships into long-term sources of business.Actively prospect for new business through daily field visits, networking, industry events, community involvement, and direct outreach.Develop strong relationships with referral sources and trade partners so they confidently recommend United Water Restoration Group when their customers need restoration services.Represent the UWR brand at networking events, trade shows, educational events, community events, and other marketing opportunities.Maintain relationships with existing referral partners through consistent communication, follow-up, education, and excellent service.Manage CRM activity by accurately documenting visits, conversations, opportunities, referrals, follow-ups, and other sales activities.Support social media and local brand awareness by gathering photos, project highlights, company news, community involvement, and other content that can be used to promote the UWR brand.Provide market feedback to leadership, including information from referral partners, competitive insights, opportunities for growth, and recommendations for improving our sales and customer experience.Participate in weekly sales meetings to review activity, pipeline development, results, goals, and upcoming opportunities.Complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including expense reports, monthly recaps, CRM documentation, time reporting, and other required sales reporting.Your Experience & QualificationsExperience in home services, restoration, field marketing, business development, B2B sales, outside sales, event marketing, brand education, or a related field is preferred.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident presentation, networking, and public-speaking abilities.Professional, polished, and comfortable representing the company in a variety of business environments.Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory and daily schedule independently.Goal-oriented and motivated by sales performance and commission-based earning opportunities.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations with new potential referral partners.Coachable and receptive to feedback, training, and performance expectations.Familiarity with social media and the ability to identify or create engaging content is preferred but not required.Working knowledge of computers and common business applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM platforms.Ability to quickly learn new software and technology.Ability to assist with the setup and breakdown of marketing materials, displays, trade-show booths, and event equipment as needed.Valid driver's license with a good driving record.Ability to successfully complete a background check.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryUncapped commissionOpportunity to build toward six-figure annual earnings based on performanceCompany-branded vehicleCompany gas cardCompany cell phoneCompany laptopHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid vacationPaid holidaysThe OpportunityThis role is best suited for someone who wants more than a traditional marketing position.
