Site HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the human resources functions at the facility and supports leaders in making people-related decisions in every aspect of the employment life cycle. They oversee the recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new staff; support training, performance management, and corrective action processes for employees; partner with facility leadership on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the facilities’ management and its employees. This position develops effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment. The Human Resources Manager ensures the people initiatives are aligned with the goals of the business while driving an inclusive and positive work environment.Additional Information:Shift: This position primarily works a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, the incumbent is expected to support all shifts at the South Holland and Homewood site as business needs require, including occasional evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.5% TravelThis position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.This position is eligible for health benefits, such as medical, dental and vision coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), disability coverage, security, retirement and saving benefits.
